You pay pump.fun's network fees and any first buy. One signature. The coin is created and, in the same transaction, pump.fun's fee sharing is split and locked: 80% to the Paidgram fee address, forwarded from the first trade to @username as Telegram gifts, and 20% to your own wallet. Nobody can change the split afterwards, the launcher included. Paidgram keeps none of the creator fees.
