# How Paidgram works

Paidgram is a fee bridge. A pump.fun coin names a Telegram username, its creator fees are split on chain with pump.fun's fee sharing, 80% to the Paidgram fee address and 20% to the launcher, and the 80% is forwarded to that username as Telegram Stars or Premium. The person never signs up.

## Overview

1. Someone types a Telegram username, names a coin, adds a picture and signs once. The coin is a normal pump.fun launch.
2. In that one transaction the coin is created and pump.fun's fee sharing is set to two shareholders, the Paidgram fee address at 80% and the launcher's wallet at 20%, then locked. From the first trade every creator fee is split that way. Nobody can change the split, the launcher included.
3. Every trade pays a creator fee into the coin's own fee sharing vault on pump.fun. On the hour a sweep pays each vault out to the fee address and freezes the dollar value on a receipt.
4. The swept fees are assigned to each coin's username. Once a username's balance passes the smallest gift (50 Stars, $0.75 at today's list price), Paidgram buys Telegram Stars or Premium for it through Fragment.
5. The gift lands inside Telegram, where gifts already land. Every sweep, every gift and every milestone prints a numbered receipt on this site.

## Launching a coin

A Paidgram launch is one transaction with one signature from your wallet. It calls pump.fun's create_v2 with you as the creator who pays and signs, then pump.fun's own fee sharing program: create_fee_sharing_config and update_fee_shares with two shareholders, the Paidgram fee address at 8,000 basis points and your wallet at 2,000. The update locks the config; pump.fun's coin page and trading tools show it as locked.

Before your wallet sees the transaction, Paidgram uploads the image and the metadata to IPFS, builds the create, and simulates it on Solana mainnet. The metadata carries the Telegram link of the gifted username and the website https://paidgram.fun. When your signed transaction comes back, the server checks that it is exactly the one it built, that the fee sharing is 80% to the fee address and 20% to you and is locked, and that nothing else was added, then sends it.

The launch form checks the username format before you sign: 5 to 32 characters, letters, numbers and underscores, starting with a letter. It cannot check that the account exists; if it does not, the balance is held under the username (see Held gifts). Name, ticker, image and links are permanent.

Coins not launched through Paidgram are not listed and their fees are not assigned to any username. Anyone can create a coin on pump.fun and share its fees with the fee address; those fees are tracked separately and stay unassigned.

## The hourly sweep

Each coin's creator fees collect in its own fee sharing vault on pump.fun, on the bonding curve and after it migrates to PumpSwap. On the hour a job pays every vault with enough in it out to its shareholder, the fee address, with pump.fun's distribute instruction. Distribution is permissionless: a separate crank wallet triggers it and pays the network fee, and pump.fun sends the fees straight to the fee address.

- The amount collected is measured from the fee address's balance before and after, so the receipt shows exactly what arrived.
- The SOL/USD rate at that minute is written on the sweep receipt. The rate never moves afterwards.
- Vaults holding less than 0.001 SOL wait for the next hour.
- A sweep that fails is retried the next hour. Nothing is lost; the vault keeps its balance until it clears.
- Every coin has its own vault, so each payout is assigned to that coin's username exactly.

## Getting gifted in Telegram

After each sweep Paidgram checks every balance against Fragment's price list. Small balances become Telegram Stars; balances that cover a Premium term become Premium for the longest term the balance covers. The smallest gift is 50 Stars.

Stars and Premium are Telegram value, not cash. The person never handles a wallet. A fee can show as swept while its gift is still queued; the receipt changes to delivered when the purchase is made.

## Fragment's price

Stars and Premium are bought at Fragment's listed price in TON. That price is Fragment's, not ours, and it is printed on every gift receipt.

## Receipts and milestones

Every money event prints one receipt with a number that never repeats. Receipts are public and can be saved as an image from the Receipts page.

- Sweep receipt: SOL amount, frozen rate, dollar value and the Solana signature of the collection.
- Gift receipt: what was bought, for which username, Fragment's price and order reference, status.
- Milestone receipt: printed exactly once each time a username's lifetime fees cross another $20.00. It carries the brass stamp.

Receipts are printed once. Numbers never repeat. A failed action prints nothing.

## Custody and keys

The fee address is held offline by the Paidgram team. The server never has its key. Sweeps are permissionless: a separate crank wallet triggers them and pays the network fee, and pump.fun pays the fees straight to the fee address. Gifts are bought from a separate treasury funded from the fee address.

- Paidgram never holds the coin, only the fee on its way to a gift.
- The fee address never trades. Trading tools show it as the dev of every Paidgram coin, so it never buys or sells.
- The crank wallet can only trigger collection. It never receives fees.

## Held gifts and eligibility

A gift is held when Telegram cannot deliver it. The balance stays under the username, keeps growing with new sweeps, and is sent as soon as delivery becomes possible. Nothing expires.

- A public username must be set in Telegram. Phone numbers and display names are not enough.
- Gifts must be enabled in the account's Privacy and Security settings.
- Bots and deleted accounts cannot receive gifts; their balances are held.
- If the person changes their username, the balance stays with the old username, since that is what the coin named. Matching is case-insensitive.

## FAQ

**Who gets the creator fees?** The username on the coin gets 80%. Every Paidgram coin is a normal pump.fun launch whose fee sharing is split and locked in the create transaction: 80% to the Paidgram fee address, swept every hour and forwarded to that username as Telegram gifts, and 20% to the launcher's own wallet.

**Does the person need to do anything?** No. If their username can receive gifts, the gift arrives on its own. If not, the balance is held under the username until it can.

**Why gifts and not crypto?** Because a wallet, a seed phrase and an exchange are three things most people will never set up. Stars and Premium land in the Telegram they already open every day.

**What does Paidgram take?** Nothing. 80% of the creator fees go to the username as gifts and 20% to the launcher; Paidgram keeps none of it. You pay pump.fun's normal create and trade fees; those are pump.fun's. Fragment's price for Stars and Premium is printed on every gift receipt.

**What does the launcher get?** 20% of the coin's creator fees, locked to the launcher's wallet in the same transaction. pump.fun pays it out each time the coin's fees are distributed; Paidgram's hourly sweep triggers that for every coin, so the launcher never has to claim.

**How do I know it really happened?** Every sweep and every gift prints a numbered receipt with the Solana signature or the Fragment order reference. Every coin page checks on chain that the fee address is the creator.

**What if I typo the username?** The coin carries the username you typed. If that username does not exist, the balance is held under it. Check the preview before you sign.

**Can I launch a coin for a username that already has coins?** Yes. Every coin adds to the same username balance, and every receipt shows which coin paid.

**Is this affiliated with Telegram, Fragment or pump.fun?** No. Telegram is where the gifts land, Fragment is where they are bought, pump.fun is the launchpad and market.
